Johnnie F. Davis is a shareholder and is located in the Firm's Austin office.

Johnnie received her BA from Central State University in 1970 and her Juris Doctorate with distinction from St. Mary's University in 1979. Ms. Davis was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1979 and to the Florida Bar in 1981.

Ms. Davis is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association.

Ms. Davis has extensive experience in regulatory matters as relates to the financing of 1-4 single family residences, including construction lending and permanent financing. She also practices in the areas of commercial real estate and commercial leasing transactions.
