The Firm’s attorneys represent lender clients involving commercial loans, builder loans, master lines of credit loans, land development loans, working capital loans, small business loans, and non real estate secured loans.

Our Firm also represents banks and thrifts in work-out negotiations, particularly on new construction. Our attorneys have comprehensive experience in settling mechanic’s lien claims, bonding, title curative resolution and preparation of settlement agreements, for both residential and construction loan workouts.

Our attorneys are knowledgeable in the areas of federal and Texas business and consumer lending laws and regulations, homestead and title curative issues, federal and Texas law and regulations concerning these areas of lending. The Firm provides regular training for loan officers and other lending personnel, and memoranda on changes in the law and regulations to help our clients stay well informed.
